The double-width mobile tower is EMC’s most popular and demanded mobile scaffolding. This type of scaffolding has numerous applications for usage in Interior applications and Exterior applications.

TECHNICAL FEATURE
  • All the legs of the scaffold towers are adjustable up to 30cm
  • The working Platform dimensions are 57 X 234 / 57X159
  • Rung Distance is 50cm
  • Number of rungs in a ladder- 7 Step Ladder in each 2Mtr. frame
  • Ladder to Rung distance- 25.5cm
  • Utilization of Aluminum Alloy 6061 T6 / 6063T6
  • Tube wall thickness in frames- 2.5mm
  • Antislip Plywood board with Aluminum Frame Platforms
  • Maximum load per platform — 250Kg
  • Maximum load per tower — 700 Kg (including the tower weight)
  • The frames used in the tower are interchangeable and can be used as an upper frame also and a lower frame.
  • The platforms of the tower are equipped with a “Wind” security system. Wooden platforms are with anti-slip surfaces.
  • The towers are equipped with wooden toeboards.
  • The frame connections have locking snap-pins to prevent accidental removal of a frame.
  • The length braces, stabilizers, platforms, wheel legs, and toe boards are of equal lengths
  • For easy braking and disengagement of the brakes for tower mobility, the Mobile Tower uses wheels with dual pedal brakes. Easy to unlock and with the adjustable spindle.
  • We have used a vertical tube with a wall thickness of, 2.5mm as a spigot which connects the tower frame component. Spigot is a “non-bol“ & “non-crimped loose” design, which provides the maximum strength to the tower structure.
  • EMC Scaffolds are supplied with instruction manuals and the required labels.
